Return & Exchange Policy

Our number one goal is for our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, wildwestsouvenirs.com will accept returns or exchanges made within 14 days of the date of purchase.

All items must be returned in original, unused condition and with tags attached to ensure refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Merchandise has to be returned by mail. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible to pay for their return shipping and a tracking number must be provided.

For exchanges, you will pay the shipping cost to return the item back to us (one way), and we will pay the cost to ship the replacement item to you.
